Refund policy

30 day returns, no questions asked. If your Sceneglow backlight is not right for you, email sceneglow@outlook.com or use the Contact page on this store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method within a few business days of the return arriving.

Damaged or faulty on arrival. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it, your choice. No return is needed for a faulty unit unless we ask.

Lifetime Warranty. If you added the Lifetime Warranty, or it came free with two kits, and your Sceneglow backlight fails in normal use, we replace it. Send your order number and a photo.

Shipping Protection. If you added Shipping Protection, or it came free with two kits, and your order is lost, stolen or damaged on the way to you, we replace it or refund it, your choice. Send your order number.
